Commission and equity based sales

At Elevated Innovation we offer a zero up front or on-going fee and we are only paid based on success.

With our commission and equity based sales we will:

  • Review the supply chain, the market demand and the potential future for the business

  • Work on a strategic go to market as well as a future sales plan for the business

  • In essence we act as a virtual CCO

  • Find prospects for your target market

  • Potentially open up new markets for you

  • Book our team on meetings with the prospects

  • Work along side your technical/product teams to progress deals

  • We will use your contracting template and work with you to close the deal

  • Once closed, we will invoice upon payment from your customer

Our model is very simple, we charge a commission for the immediate sales that are co-ordinated by Elevated Innovation. For the commission and equity based sales this would typically be a 10% commission based on Elevated Innovation running a sales process from end to end. Of course, if you have your own leads, hot prospects or customers you’d like us to target we can do this also.

Separately, we then measure the Elevated Innovation’s sales as a percentage of revenue against your entire organisation after Year 1, Year 3 or Year 5. We then typically command 25% of this number as an equity stake. As an example:

Elevated Innovation is on-boarded and, after year 1, is responsible for £100.000 of sales out of £500,000 of your entire company revenue so we are responsible for 20% of the sales. We then calculate 25% of the 20% which is 5%. So Elevated Innovation would then take a 5% stake in the business.
