The process of working with us

If you are interested to work with Elevated Innovation, the process is simple. We want to reduce the amount of time on effort on your part to get to a point where we are out there transforming your business! We are passionate about transforming businesses so we need to ensure there is a good cultural fit. Remember, none of us win if we aren’t successful so we have to be very selective about the customers we work with.

  • We use the initial consultation to understand your business, your product/services, your goals, competitors, the history of your business, number of employees, culture of the business etc.

  • Once you’ve sent us all available collateral we spend time understanding the market (if we don’t know already), your USPs and ultimately if we believe there could be a successful partnership.

  • If we are all happy working with each other then Elevated Innovation will send over our standard contract. Once agreed, we can move onto the exciting stage!

  • We want to be seen by your customers as part of your team. So we would request that we are assigned the relevant licensing to allow us an e-mail address and integration into any of the systems you have so we can truly be a part of you team.

    If you have signed up for us to get involved in the strategy of the business and review documentation etc. then we would start this process before or in parallel with the next steps.

  • We would use a combination of your data and relationships (if you have any) as well as access to our best in class data, mailing systems and existing relationships to start getting meetings in with prospects.

  • We will work with your teams to ensure we close contracts based on your parameters when it comes to legal negotiation with customers. Of course, if you don’t have legal templates, we can work with our affiliates to help in this area too.

  • We will then only take commission when a customer pays their invoice. And then we move onto other customers. Equally, if you would like help with customer on-boarding and account management we can help here too.
